With only a few hours left ahead of the much anticipated event to watch the men’s 7s campaign in the Rio Men’s Rugby 7s competition, Fiji men’s 7s Ben Ryan has revealed that he will not be on social media until the end of the tournament.

Ryan on twitter said “I’m shutting down on here till end of tournament. We started journey here – all for one aim. Go Fiji Go. #veilomani.

The Fiji men’s 7s side will take on Brazil in their first Rio Olympics pool game at 4.30am tomorrow, they will then face Argentina at 9.30am tomorrow before taking on USA at 4.30am Thursday.

The quarterfinals will start at 8am Thursday, the semis will start at 5.30am Friday and the final will kick off at 10am Friday.

Meanwhile, the women’s team are ranked 8th after completing their Rio campaign today.
