Ms. McDonald said that tickets are also available online.

We have sold quite a few of tickets. The grandstand tickets are selling fast they are selling faster than the embarkment and the cement embankment is second in line. So we have sold quite a few, I recommended for spectators to start buying their tickets this week. Well, the majority of the grandstand tickets has been sold, the grandstand will have a capacity of 4000. I can tell you that we have sold about 120 tickets, that’s locally and we sold about 90 cement tickets. We also have online sold tickets.

She added that they aim to sell 20,000 tickets.

We are targeting to sell 20,000 tickets, the capacity of the ANZ stadium is 15,000 but we are aiming for 20,000 people to attend the game. We are getting more from New Zealand, I know we have a good handful coming in from New Zealand. This are the super rugby franchise fans and probably some Fijians that are based in New Zealand as well.

The Crusaders will take on the Chiefs at 7.35pm at Suva’s ANZ Stadium on the 1st of July.
