A trough of low pressure over the eastern part of Fiji is moving further away from the group.

In a report issued this morning, the Fiji Meteorological Service (FMS) stated that associated cloud and rain is expected to move further away from the Fiji group.

Situation: 

A trough of low pressure lies over the eastern part of Fiji and is moving further away from the group.
Forecast to midnight tomorrow for the Fiji group:
Occasional showers over the eastern parts and interior of the larger islands. Elsewhere, fine.

Moderate south-east winds.

Moderate to rough seas.

Outlook for Monday: Some showers over the eastern parts and interior of the larger islands. Elsewhere, fine.
