The National Disaster Controller,  Mr Meleti Bainimarama today received a cheque of $30,000 that will go towards the Prime Ministers Rehabilitation Fund to benefit Fijians affected by Tropical Cyclone Winston.

Managing Director, Mr Arun Harikisun said the donation is to assist the victims of Winston rebuild their lives.

We are going through a very hard time as the nation experienced one of the worst natural disasters.

We are sympathetic to all families who have lost loved ones and who have been displaced from their homes. We hope that the donation would bring smiles to those that will benefit from it

Mr Bainimarama acknowledged Narhari for the assistance saying that a coordinated approach and effort is needed to rebuild Fiji back to normalcy after the effects of Winston.

Apart from the cash donation, Narhari Electrical is also providing 176 solar kits sets, torch lights and batteries worth $70,000.00.
