Vetaia Cale, one of the forty-four people charged with sedition, has been found in breach of his bail conditions.

Cale has been further charged with an offense while on bail.

Public prosecutors presented a report on bail adherence by the 44 charged sedition and urging political violence in the High Court in Lautoka yesterday.

The remaining 43 complied to their bail conditions and prosecution has presented a set of disclosures to the defense.

Defense attorney Mark Anthony had also made submissions for changes to police stations his clients are required to report to.

The case has been adjourned to the 10th of February.
