SODELPA MPs appeared yesterday before an investigating team set up by the party to look into two separate complaints.

Fiji Sun reported Mosese Bulitavu was called in first, whereas the other four comprising Semesa Karavaki, Ro Kiniviliame Kiliraki, Mikaele Leawere and Aseri Radrodro appeared as a group.

The investigating team will reportedly look into complaints from Bulitavu and SODELPA Principal Administrative Officer Mick Beddoes.

It is understood the complaint from Bulitavu includes the administration of $225,000 provided by the Fiji Parliament as SODELPA’s MP allocation.  The complaint from Beddoes is specifically against the actions of Bulitavu.

Fiji Sun reported the four-member team looking into the complaints are:

  • Anare Jale
  • Losana Talabula
  • Kelemedi Naidiri
  • Ratu Sikeli Komaisavai

The investigating team is reportedly expected to finalise their report by October 2, and submit their findings to SODELPA’s management board.
