While handing over the assistance at Sukuna Park in Suva on Saturday, the Minister for Education Hon. Dr Mahendra Reddy reiterated the Fijian Government’s commitment to ensuring that all Fijian students have access to learning facilities, including those schools that are located in isolated communities.

Kabara District School manager, Jone Marau said the timely assistance by Government will make their children’s lives much easier.

MARAU: “We are excited about what has been provided to help our children. The students will no longer have to walk to schools. This boat will also be used to transport children to the health centre when need arises.”
