FHHJV
 Area
 Supervisor Taunovo
 Remesio
 Naqoro said
 that
 with
 the
 completion
 of
 the
 resheeting
 work
 on
 Calia
 Back
 Road,
 public service vehicles
are
 able
 to
travel
 with
 ease.

The
 work
 included
 clearing, resheeting
 with
 compaction
 and
 forming
 with
 crushed
AP65,
 as
well
 as
 clearing
 water
 channel
 on
various
 area
 on
the
road
 so
 that
 water
 does
 not
 accumulate
 on
 both
 sides
 within
 the
 two‐kilometre‐long
 road.

Before,
 the
 road
 would
 get
muddy
 and
 slippery
 on
 rainy
 days,
 which
made
it
 difficult
 for
 children
 to
 get
 to
 school
 or
 for
 farmers to
 take
 their
 produce
 to
 Navua.The
 road
 is
 much
 safer,
 especially
 for
 the
 children,
 now
 we
 have
 improved

road
 surface
