He said the work has been met with very positive feedback from local businesses and residents.

GOES: “We have had a slight delay in completing the road works due to the adverse weather conditions earlier last month however we are now on schedule, following the recent steady period of good weather.”

Mr Goes said the detour road is through the Park Road and they are advising the road users to proceed with caution whilst the work is in progress.

GOES: “The Raiwasa Road is in the final stages of completion, it’s looking good and we wish to thank the public for their patience.”
