Police Spokesperson Inspector Josaia Weicavu said one female passenger has been transferred to Lautoka Hospital while the driver and two other passengers are recovering at the Sigatoka Hospital.

WEICAVU: “We again would like to advise drivers to drive slowly and just avoid over speeding. Over speeding will take you and your passengers to the hospital and might end up in the mortuary if you are not lucky enough to survive after the accident. “It is better to arrive late but safely to your next destination than speeding early to everyone’s final destinations 6 feet underground”.

Inspector Weicavu said police investigations continue.
