More than 115 vehicles needed for elections, FEO willing to pay up to $350/day
The Fiji Elections Office has announced four significant tenders to procure goods and services for the 2018 General Elections.

In a press conference this afternoon, Supervisor of Election Mohammed Saneem said they were looking for suppliers to provide:
- Postal voting courier services
- Ballot paper printing
- Supply of polling sheds
- Supply of motor vehicles
According to Saneem, the supply of motor vehicles has already generated a lot of interest.
“The maximum pricing that we will be offering for a driver and fuel for a day of usage is $350 per day per vehicle.”
The FEO is looking to procure the following vehicles:
- 4×4 Vehicles – 115 for Election Day, 110 for Pre-poll, and 45 for awareness
- 3 Tonne vehicles – 100 for election day
- 5 Tonne vehicles – 15
