The Ba Provincial Holding Company Limited management will add another building under their Real Estate Investment ownership after successfully winning the tender of the former Fiji National Provident Property located in Drasa Avenue in Lautoka.

The former FNPF building has been renamed as “Matanakilagi House” under new owners, Ba Provincial Holding Company Limited.

Ba Provincial’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Isimeli Bose said the new building will be an addition to their Real Estate Investment ownership.

The Property is strategically located and would be ideal for a national statutory body, modern office, and training institute or even designed for modern apartments with all upgraded facilities.

The property is also ideal for Non-Government Organisations undertaking funded projects at a large scale to coordinate their project and administrative operations in Western, Viti Levu.

Mr. Bose said the two-floor property with a Commercial Lease crown has a rentable space of 10,712 square feet is also under consideration by interested business houses.

The Company currently has 6 investment properties that are earning a rental income.

It also manages the ‘Ba Provincial Free Bird Secondary Institute’ which is earmarked for further upgrading undertaking. The company also has plans to extend its Nadi property the ‘Ratu Naulianano House’ and plans for ‘Rogorogo-i-Vuda’ facelift and extension in the year 2016.
