Fiji One to start midday news broadcast from Monday

Fiji Television Limited will launch a midday news and sports bulletin intended to provide a brief snapshot of the 6pm news and would be broadcast live from their studio.

According to a statement, the new programme will broadcast on the free-to-air Fiji One channel from Monday.

Fiji TV CEO, Mr Geoffrey Smith said there were “strong sponsorship and advertising interest” backing the new segment and the bulletin would also be broadcast live through their website.
