Darren McLean, CEO of Digicel Fiji:

This is another step forward in our ongoing commitment to giving our customers the best of the best, We are excited at the opportunities this deal brings and looking forward to sharing these with our valued customers.

The deal is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals. Existing Sky Pacific customers’ service will remain unaffected as the business changes ownership.

As part of this, Digicel will make its portfolio of exclusive pay TV broadcast rights such as the Super Rugby, Super League, NRL 9’s – as well as movies and quality entertainment programming – available to Sky Pacific customers.
