An online competition promoting the Fijian Made initiative in collaboration with Fiji International has been launched by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.

The winner, says Minister Hon. Faiyaz Koya, will get “an experience money cannot buy” as it will allow two people, plus a friend, to get access to the inner sanctum of the Professional Golfers’ Association organised Fiji International.

Ministry permanent secretary, Shaheen Ali, said the competition called the “Fijian Made-Fiji International “Inner Sanctum” Facebook Competition” was aimed at creating awareness and interest of golf in Fiji.

“We have decided to use the successful platform of the Fijian Made Buy Fijian Campaign for this competition and the social media,” he said.

The competition will run from September 25 to October 10, 2015 where Fijians over the age of 18 years can post their ‘selfie’ or a photograph holding a product carrying any one of the eight logos of the Fijian Made-Buy Fijian Campaign.

The entrant will post this on the Fijian Made Facebook Page, give their name and email as well as the hashtags #FijianMade and #FijiIntl.

The two winners will get a personalised guided tour for the winner and a friend to Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course on October 15, 2015 as well as entry into player’s lounge and locker room.

The winners will also get a one day only access to the VIP lounge and gift pack of Fijian Made products and Fiji International Merchandise.

The competition is open to all Fijians except for civil servants, Fiji International staff and corporate bodies and their associates for the competition.
