Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited (ATH) has paid an interim dividend of $12.6 million or 3.0 per share.

The interim dividend was approved by ATH’s Directors on 10 February 2016 based on the ATH group’s financial performance for the half year ended 3o September 2015.

An interim and unaudited  consolidate net profit after tax and minority interest of $22.6 million was recorded.

Payments to ATH’s 1,530 shareholders were released this morning.

ATH’s two largest stakeholders, the Fiji National Provident Funds (FNPF) and the Government are receiving $9.19 million and $2.18 million respectively, as their share of interim dividend.

The ATH companies comprises  ATH, Telecom Fiji Limited (TFL), Vodafone Fiji Limited, FINTEL, Fiji Directories Limited, ATH Kiribati Limited and Datec (Fiji) Limited.
